During my visit from the States, I was surprised by the disorganization of this highly-rated restaurant. Honestly, even the worst McDonald's I've been to would be a better option than this place. The food was flavorless, and my order was completely incorrect. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone; it seems they really need to train their staff on how to prepare food and coffee accurately. The only positive experience I had was with Kaitlyn—she was the only professional employee who was able to rectify my issues and truly understood my concerns. She was the saving grace of my visit.
Strange and horrible, Entire bill was paid off and I did not order anything else; however, 400 pts were taken off my account as a separate transaction. I went back to ask why, a young woman gave me a phone number and said call this phone and get your points back . When I asked if I could have something else instead, she said she could not give me anything for free. Were 400 pts taken off for nothing, instead of throwing out a cold face?It was not even worth one star.
Undoubtedly the worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Most of the workers know nothing about customer service, and they almost never get your order right. Save your time, your money and the headache, it’s not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Shelburne is a great Tim Horton. I wish when just drive through open it could have curb side for the app orders. I travel my order is small and simple but waiting in the long line is impossible so I end up leaving my order when I discover the line up Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
