Understaffed, took way to long to get 10 tim bits through drive through, the woman explained theres only 2 of em working there as no one wants to work, I suggested it may be due to vaccine mandates/ needing to be vaxxed to work, she proceeds to tell me,well if you dont get vaxxed you'll die, like who TF says that to a customer. Beyond unprofessional, slow paced arrogant.
The staff whenever I go there are really friendly and the girl already knows my order already. Really love the morning staff that I see almost every time I go. Had my hash browns yes that is ketchup on my hash browns) and a lovely smiley face for my Friday's hot chocolate ?
My favorite Canadian coffee chain in Newyork Staten Island , I love this brand almost all product , specially hot coffee awesome, this store have big parking and drive though service all day. Employee nice ,Bangladeshi owner this outlet. Overall this shop good.

coffee spot for today was this place...loved it...was only going to get coffee but they had NUTELLA donuts !!! So I got one and decided to give a cookies a try too. Clean store...good service...would recommend...
