I visited this location tonight, December 20, 2023 and I left very upset and unsettled.I frequently visit this location as it is the nearest one near my house. I waited in line behind a couple who bought a few gift cards, a lady with 3 kids who also bought gift cards and some food. I was aware that gift card purchases take a bit longer. So I wait until it’s my turn. I got to the register and I told the associate that I want to load 10 gift cards. She saw a customer behind me and asks me “do you mind if I serve him first because you have a lot of cards?” I said “yes, I do mind. Regrettably, my visit to this establishment was far from pleasant. Despite a near-empty restaurant and three staff members present, there was a complete lack of a warm welcome.Having ordered an extra-large dark roast through the mobile app, I chose the option for the server to call my name upon completion. Disappointingly, after a ten-minute wait, no one acknowledged my order. Upon inquiry, the staff realized the oversight without offering an apology.Despite the explicit notification in the Tim Hortons mobile app, my name was not called again after returning to my seat. November 20/23 8:25:30 PM CASIER SHIFT 2.. I ordered a small hot chocolate, I received an original blend with milk. Brought it to the cashiers attention. She gave me a hot chocolate. I asked for a receipt, but she charged me for the coffee saying that was cheaper than the hot chocolate. I simply wanted the receipt for the hot chocolate. I don’t care if it was cheaper. She argued trying to tell me it was cheaper, I was quite perplexed that she was arguing with a customer about price. The hot chocolate was cold. I asked for a refund got my refund, then went over to McDonald’s and got a hot chocolate. Terrible service. This person needs to be retrained in order to deal with the public properly...
It is one of the slowest for inside sales as the high priority is drive through. There can be 3 or 4 staff working on drive through and only one at the front cash, enev though there is a long line up at the cash. I asked for an empty cup so I could get a cup of water and was going to be charged 20 cents for an empty cup. So insulting. It is one of the dirtiest restaurants as the tables are always filthy and has garbage on the tables. The trash cans inside are always over flowing with garbage. This is not a one time issue.
I'm sorry but this is a little ridiculous. I go to multiple different Tim Hortons and there's never a problem only at this location they do not understand how to take a proper order whatsoever. Every time you ask for a combo you never get all items in the combo. Then they argue with you saying that you didn't when you fully did. I do not understand what is so hard at this location. Tim Hortons please deal with this because it's so frustrating even ordering a coffee from here.
Orders are wrong all time they speak there language in front of you the funny thing is I was the 3 rd car they weren’t busy still managed to get it wrong bagel with egg was garbage chewy and no butter no time to return it was on break

Great place great workers specifically like this one guy named Randev great guy makes my foods and drinks really well . Hard worker and always in a good mood. He should get a PROMOTION!
Placed an order, waited 15 minutes in drive through, when i went to the window, they told me that the food i ordered is out of stock. Really? Then why you keep me waited?
