I visited this location about a week ago and ordered two bagels with butter and cheese. After taking a bite, I immediately noticed that the butter was rancid; it was gritty, chunky, and tasted terrible. I had to throw both bagels away. The person preparing the bagels should have been able to recognize that the butter was bad. This isn't an isolated incident; I've encountered several issues at this location before.
I am extremely angry with Tim Hortons. The employees are incredibly rude and lack basic hygiene practices. They take forever to prepare orders and often don't have daily items available or their equipment is broken. This is the third time I've had issues with them and I will never be purchasing from them again. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way. Food: 1
Just ordered a jalapeño wrap with wedges and a coffee asked if the wedges were fresh. Staff insist they were fresh They’re totally dried out it’s obvious this Tim Hortons does not care about customer service or quality Control, not coming here again wedges are disgusting. I always enjoy stopping by Tim Hortons when I’m in the mood for a quick coffee and a snack. I’m particularly a fan of their coffee; it’s consistently good and perfectly warms you up on chilly mornings. Highly recommend the Maple Pecan Danish!
