I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. Unfortunately, they were out of dark roast, which was disappointing. I ordered a double-double but received it without sugar, and when I requested a black coffee, I got milk instead. The staff seemed rude and more focused on their own conversations than on taking or preparing orders. This place used to be reliable and great, so I'm really let down by this visit.
Great location. I stop in most mornings on my way to work. Always my LgDark Roast with 3M and sometimes breakfast. Accurate and quick with my order every time. Narleep is very pleasant to interact with and her staff is equally efficient and friendly. Drive thru and counter service are always fast. Keep up the good work!
I go to this place almost every day before work to get a large iced coffee. Although the drink can vary in quality sometimes, I truly value the customer service, particularly from the woman I believe is the manager. She’s always friendly and remembers my order when I place it at the speaker.
This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. Even with so many customers, the staff always greets me warmly whenever I come in. The staff at this Tim Hortons are the least friendly I've experienced at any location. Their lack of friendliness is consistent, and it often takes several minutes before a walk-in customer is acknowledged. It seems that the drive-thru is prioritized too much at this location.
I just moved in that neighbourhood a week ago started going there and always had the best experience ever cause the staff and customer service is too nice. Will not stop going there
The restaurant stops serving food at 6 PM, but still stays open until 8 PM. What's the purpose of that? It feels like they close at 6, not really being open until 8.
