This was undeniably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. While visiting the area, my family and I stopped by with our kids after a hockey game around 9 PM, even though they were scheduled to close at 10 PM. However, there was a noticeable lack of customer service. The staff had already taken away all the food for the day, leaving nothing available for purchase. We stood at the counter for five minutes, during which the employees cleaned around us, acknowledging our presence but refusing to make eye contact or engage in any conversation. I?d rather give no stars. This was hands down the worst drive through experience I?ve ever had. Waited 10 minutes at the order screen for our order to be taken. Which then took 2 people to do correctly. Then waited over 15 mins at the window. Coffee was disgusting and watered down. The timbit box I got had only 1 flavour in it, and we left before even getting our sandwhich, which we paid for but we?re too frustrated to continue waiting. Won?t ever be back, find a better Tim?s !!!!
Stopped there tonight at 9:30 to get the sandwich and coffee order. They said they have no food, they close in 30 minutes. Didn 't have any food at all available in the restaurant . Was very confused had to go to a&w next door instead. The worker there informed me he 's been there at 630/7 pm on break to order something and they 've already tossed all the food for the night. I 'm not sure what the company protocol is but this doesn 't seem good for a restaurant business.

There was a shortage of iced cappuccino products in Brantford, and I was searching all over for one. This Tim Hortons was one of the few in Brantford that still had them available. I ended up calling nearly every Tim Hortons before I found this one. I called about five locations before discovering they had them. I'm really happy and impressed. Five stars for Tim Hortons—great job!
I'm afraid they didn't execute the hazelnut cold brew as expected. What I received was mostly just cold, foamy milk instead of the properly brewed drink, which should have been brown. I'm left wondering how it could take 10 minutes to make something so off the mark. It's quite laughable that fast food workers think they deserve $15 an hour. What a joke!
Dining area is renovated, but that and the men's washroom were unclean. Staff socialized why I was waiting to order and were not very attentive at all when I did order. Some staff were walking around unoccupied. Would not return.
The drive-thru line at Tim's moves really slowly. I tend to avoid it since some customers are ordering five-course meals. I’m not willing to wait in line just for a coffee.

Fast in and out, just what I expected from a Tim Hortons. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly. There's ample parking available.
Fantastic spot for cruise night every Saturday! There’s ample free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi too.
