I wish I could give negative stars.I ordered a large vanilla iced coffee, a medium coffee, and a blueberry muffin.When they handed my iced coffee it was a medium not a large I said sorry I wanted a large. She said well I only charged a medium. So I said that’s fine I’ll pay the difference. (Which is ridiculous as they made they error) So after about 4 minutes she tells me I owe $1.90 for the difference… I said, really? That’s the difference between a medium? This Tim's is a very convenient and fast paced one. I came here a few days ago and I was very skeptical on what drink to get because it was my first time getting a drink at a Tim's, so naturally I needed time to think. The cashier was very kind and patient about it and told me to take my time since the store wasn't that busy. After a few minutes of thinking I finally decided on what to get and the quality of the food was very good and adequete. The store is well kept and clean, but the interior and exterior atmosphere and the crowd isn't ideal. I would say its a very good Tim's overall, but not the perfect atmosphere to stay and eat, study, or just hang out.
needs to be shut down , you have 0 people skills at this location with some of the rudest employeesDrug addicts all in the sitting area and in the bathrooms , even doing drugs and passing out in the bathroomsEmployees yelling at people and being rude when you ask a simple question about anything big or small they get upset like big childrenThey open and close whenever they feel is good for themUp to an hour later then it says on Google and will leave signs on the door when to many employees don't show up they close shop
Me and my friend Pagla Choda Fahim, we both were high in one fine evening. We took hot chocolate, Boston cream and Canadian maple. Although Pagla Choda Fahim couldn’t order as he was too high (in Neptune) and was laughing like a idiot. I had to order all of these above, but I made him pay, at least for the hot chocolates. The store is full with joy and laughter. Saw a few cranky folks like us as well. Writing this review while staying high the same evening..
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons coffee shop. The washroom was unclean, and the food preparation area lacked hygiene standards. Moreover, the staff displayed a concerning level of unprofessionalism. I have never encountered such a poorly managed Tim Hortons before. The overall visit left me with a negative impression, and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic Tim Hortons Coffee Shop
Trash, shouldnt be allowed to operate a franchise. This is why Tim's loses money. I no longer to to tims because of this. Dont even awnser phone after 20 mins. Why do you pay these people .?? You should just close you do Tim Hortons a disgrace.
They have a lot of technical difficulties but they find inventive ways around it like when the toaster broke they grilled the bagels. It was very good. The staff is very nice The parking lot is a little over crowded
Tim is one of the best coffee shop in Canada. I always buy my coffee there and I would like to tell everyone who want a good tasty cup of coffee. Go to Tim Hortons. You surely would not regret it.
