The inside of the location has a cool, modern setup. The location itself also isn't too busy.The issue seems to be the mentality of the staff, their attitude and the way they carry themselves is extremely unprofessional.First off, the service and communication lacks a little bit. You order something, chances are at least one thing will be wrong with your order. Usually I'd be able to look past this until you get into everything else.The way the staff talks to you when you have an issue with your order is condescending. I came to this timmies this morning as i do EVERY morning to grab my steeped tea and decided to come inside cause it would be quicker, there was no body inside and the front cash ladies were super welcoming. I had a lovely young woman take my tea order and off she went to make it. I was appalled at the drive thru service workers attitude towards this young lady who was just trying to make my tea and ensure i had good service, because she was not moving fast enough for you, you were mocking her “ i think it’s stirred, we are busy over here, move out of my way”’ she was ensuring my order was made to my standard and that the customer was happy and all you were concerned with was your drive thru...

Your response feels more like an attempt to placate rather than address the issue. The link you provided leads to a general help page, which is unhelpful. It's comparable to your coffee—weak and lacking value. I'm frustrated with how you misrepresent yourselves as a Canadian establishment; you are Brazilian-owned. Your menu has become so extensive that it seems you've lost sight of your original identity as a coffee house. I would like to share my unfortunate experience at the drive-thru. While I understand that Tim Hortons has time standards for efficiency, it doesn't justify rushing customers at the window. Having two employees pushing cars through the process quickly is incredibly frustrating and can be dangerous, especially when handling hot coffee. Are you prepared to take responsibility if an accident occurs because of the pressure to move people along in just 15 seconds? Will Tim Hortons cover any damages? If so, then that might ease some concerns. I sincerely hope the head office of Tim Hortons considers this feedback. Ordered a honey crueller at drive thru in the bag a sour cream glazed seriously how hard is it to get a simple donut order WRONG! I drove all the way back and took it INTO the restaurant where I was greeted with an employee making condescending comments and remarks in Punjabi about my complaint thinking I as a Caucasian English speaking woman didn’t understand what he was saying . Buddy needs to be fired .. incredibly rude !!! And please don’t offer me the comment of forward to your customer service team because I dealt with them a few weeks ago about your Wentworth location and got nowhere!! ?

So, my grandma decided to just order our drinks. When we got to the window, we received the wrong drink; we had ordered tea, but she handed us coffee instead. My grandma could smell that it was coffee and tasted it to confirm. There was no one else in line, but as she was tasting it, the employee came back to the window and impatiently urged us to hurry and leave. My grandmother was so upset by the experience that she left and went to another Tim Hortons instead. Just a side note: the employee was a larger person.

I ordered a small chocolate milk and when I got home and took a sip it immediately tasted off. I spit it out and poured out the chocolate milk, it was completely full of chunks. I checked the expiry and this carton wasn't expired which speaks to a very concerning lack of proper food handling at this location which is going to get a lot of people sick with from other ideas. I reached out to to customer service and they said the location's manager would be contacting me, which has yet to happen.

This Tim's use to be the fastest in Oshawa. Now it's the slowest in Oshawa. People show up 10 mins late for work. Store is never open on time. It's time to find a new Tim's in the morning.. What happened in 6 months. Did you hire all new staff.
