The availability of fresh products here is very limited, especially after 4 PM when the shelves are often bare. I usually order almond milk in my coffee because I cannot consume regular milk or cream; it makes me feel physically unwell, causing stomach pains and nasal congestion. Unfortunately, they often substitute regular milk or cream instead of the almond milk. I try my best to taste-test my drink, but it’s difficult to tell the difference, and by the time I realize it, it's usually too late. This is a significant issue for me due to my digestive allergy. I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a fantastic experience! The new Everything Twists they have are simply delicious. The staff at this location were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even more enjoyable. They even assisted me in connecting to their wifi so I could work while savoring my double double coffee. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons for a wonderful experience!
I regret to say that my experience at this location has been disappointing. My mobile orders are frequently overlooked, and often, customers in line receive their orders before me, despite the fact that I placed mine 10 to 15 minutes in advance.
