I was disappointed with this location. There was only one car in the drive-thru, yet it took the staff seven minutes to take my order in-store. I requested extra sauce and jalapeños in my farmers wrap, but only one wrap actually had sauce on it. The jalapeños cost $1.00 for two wraps, but I only received three pieces in each! I can buy a full jar for $3. Normally, any Tim Hortons I visit gives me at least double that amount without charging me. From now on, I’ll be sticking with the location on Townline.
I absolutely enjoy the dessert and drink selections at Tim Hortons! Their donuts are consistently fresh and tasty, offering a wonderful range of flavors to choose from. The iced coffee and specialty drinks are delightful, particularly in the summer. The quality and reliability of their desserts and beverages keep me returning for more. It's an ideal spot to indulge my sweet tooth and enjoy a refreshing drink.
I truly love Tim Hortons, especially their donuts, with the Vanilla Dip being my top choice. I also often indulge in their crispy chicken sandwiches. The new spicy buffalo sandwich is perfect when I'm in a rush and need a quick meal before heading out. The service is quick, the restaurant is spotless, and it has a delightful Canadian atmosphere!
Hello, if you're experiencing staff shortages, I recommend hiring additional employees. On June 14th at 9:00 PM, I noticed that the front door was closed, but Google showed that you were still open due to staffing issues. I was let down by the service at the drive-thru. I ordered a 10-pack of assorted Timbits and made it clear to the lady multiple times that I didn’t want any honey dip or birthday Timbits, but she just didn’t listen. I won’t be returning to this location.
This is the only restaurant I've been to that consistently gets my order right. They always prioritize adding extra cream and cane syrup to my coffee whenever I stop by. I’ve noticed that other places don’t pay as much attention to the details.
This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. After 8 PM, there are no pastries or baked goods available whatsoever. It's supposed to be a 24-hour coffee shop, but all they have to offer after 8 PM is coffee. Well done...

This is by far the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever experienced. Expect a lengthy wait just to place your order, followed by an even longer wait at the pickup window. It's truly frustrating.
