This restaurant features a welcoming seating area and a pleasant atmosphere. It is well-kept and spotless. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is ample parking available on-site. My go-to choice is always the Double-Double. The service was impressively fast. I've also used the drive-thru multiple times, and I've consistently experienced quick service there as well.
Yesterday at around 5 PM, I stopped by this Tim Hortons and ordered food through the drive-thru. I was really impressed with my coffee and food; everything was fantastic. I want to take a moment to recognize an employee named Princepreet, who truly stood out. Even though I only spoke with her for about a minute, she greeted me with a warm smile and showed exceptional kindness. The customer service here was the best I've encountered compared to other Tim Hortons locations. Thank you, Princepreet, for the wonderful service—keep on smiling!

I believe the management should evaluate their night shift staff. I visit this location frequently and usually have a good experience. However, tonight was disappointing—the employees seemed uninterested and made us wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru, despite not being busy. It's important for them to realize that this isn't acceptable behavior, especially at Tim Hortons.
The server seemed to show less enthusiasm for their job than I had for being there. I ordered a steeped tea with two milks and two sugars, but instead, I got triple cream and one sugar. This mix-up occurs consistently at every Tim Hortons I go to. It’s not a complicated order...
