A restroom tells you a lot about how they likely take care of the rest of the establishment... this one almost knocked me off my feet! Thankfully, I keep hand sanitizer in my car and in my pocket!That was after I had my coffee and BLT sandwich... on a somewhat burned bun, but was easily scratched off... I wouldn't have them throw it all out just because of a measly burnt bun!Service is slow. Drive Thru people just work that. I went inside to order. Cashier was doing whatever in the back, nobody would even look to see several people waiting in line inside the premises without anyone serving us! Finally two came out to serve.... wait, not open 2 registers? Nope. One cashier to do cash and coff...
I come here daily, today was the lowest so far.It seemed like they were training new staff, so I can understand the long drive through wait.What I don't understand is why they put my spoon inside the loaded bowl and didn't close the lid. Nothing like eating a 1/4 of the bowl out of the paper bag with my fingers.
Clean interior, large seating are. Drive thru layout blocks the path for passing thru/parked vehicles and it is always a hassle to navigate if there's any form of drive thru line. Drive thru staff frequently have attitude which doesn't change the food quality but sure puts a downer on your day.
Drinks and food are what you’d expect from Tim Hortons but would definitely choose another location. You would think at such a popular intersection this store would have fast service but it does not. This Tim Hortons is always low in stock no tim bits no refrshers..they are always out of something. Orders needed to repeat 3 times

A frenchies that could never make a customer a dark roast coffee always you have to wait 5 to 6 minutes at any location.
