Service... nonexistent... My friend and I stopped by to enjoy some drinks and sample the new offerings. Unfortunately, we were left standing at the cash register, waiting to place our order. The counter wasn't busy, and several staff members saw us but chose to ignore us, including the store manager who simply walked past. Just as we were about to give up and leave, one employee turned around but instead of taking our order, she started refilling the coffee filters. I suggested to my friend that we should go, and she agreed. At that moment, the staff member finally acknowledged us, apologizing and claiming she was preparing fresh coffee for us. However, she had never taken our order or asked...
I just ordered two farmer's wraps and asked if they had them available. Upon arriving at the drive-thru to pay, they asked me to pull over and park because my order wasn't ready yet. When they eventually brought the wraps to my car, I found that the wraps were completely open, and the food inside was of mediocre quality. Each wrap had only half a sausage, and the eggs were all in bits and pieces. This is the second negative experience I've had at this location; previously, I found a piece of plastic in a chocolate glazed donut.

Fake greeting, cashier smiles but ends being mean. I ordered a toasted/grilled croissant, had grill marks but it was still cold on the inside, also fake toasted/grilled , wasn't even busy at that time and they still couldn't get it right.
NEVER GO HERE! They serve expired coffee. Also they charge you for chipotle sauce on your sandwich which is free in every other Tim Hortons.
