Tim Hortons - Tisch resevieren

There is a complete lack of hygiene at this restaurant. Flies were buzzing around as if it were a pigsty. When I mentioned the issue to Ms. Mary, the manager, she simply asked, "What do you want me to do?" I was taken aback by her response, as if that were even a reasonable question. Another woman chimed in sarcastically, saying "extra protein." It makes me wonder whether they serve that kind of 'protein' to their kids at home. I wish I could do something about this situation instead of just writing a review that seems to have no impact.

Rude staff. Associate name Hazel was very rude to everyone and she didn’t even knew how to take our order. There is no option to put negative stars that’s why i had to one star. Tim is not clean and washrooms ate messy and unhygienic than a public washroom outside.Staff should learn how to behave to customers and should be trained on how to take orders than saying shhh… to customers when they are saying there orders

I usually don't write reviews since I have experience in customer service, but I feel compelled to mention that this Tim Hortons location has the worst service I have ever encountered. It took them ten minutes just to process my payment correctly. The older woman with short brown hair was particularly unhelpful and quite rude—she clearly had no sense of customer service etiquette.

I keep trying to go to this location at least twice a week for lunch, it is always so busy. Drive thru is so slow and if you try to go inside the line up is out the door and nobody is at the counter because they are all working thee drive thru. I walk out so often because I dont have 30 minutes to wait just to grab a coffee and a Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I had a really disappointing experience with the service during my visit at night. It seemed like the staff wasn't very friendly, and I think they could benefit from hiring a younger team. It's unfortunate because I've enjoyed this place in the past, but now I find myself going to the one by Trafalgar instead.

This Timmys store is my everyday coffee shop, we spend lot of time.Not sure why the employees here are not paying attention to cleanliness, I found lots of food flies on the food and even when I informed, staff didn’t care about it and continued with their own work.#timhortons #foodflies #flies
