I actually placed 2 delivery orders a couple hours apart. As we received the second one, they had remade the first order I placed and sent it to me. When I called to mention what was going on, the supervisor on duty was telling me I was wrong, that they never received my second order (yet it was confirmed), and had no intentions in sending me the one I placed. I asked if there was anything we could do and they told me no because they were not remaking anything. She just kept on telling me that i was wrong and i was not getting the new order i placed. not fun!
Usually I expected the same (or similar) services across all Tims, but this one is special.The washrooms are locked. You have to ask an attendant to unlock the door for you. This is the first time I experience such in Tims.I ordered two cups of coffee, one double-double and one regular. When I came out from the washroom, two cups were on the table, but without a DD or R mark on the cap. How can I tell which one is which ? This is a standard process in all other Tims I have been to.
Had the best coffee made yesterday! Love the service at this Tim's... Friendliest and fastest one in town... I go out of the way to go to this particular one.... Great customer service goes a long way... :

I like the drive thru because it always has great service but, one thing I wish would change is their iced Capps! Always dark, and not enough cream like a normal Icecapp would have.
I used to be a big fan of this Timmy's, but during my last visit, the steeped tea tasted like dishwater, and the Boston cream had hardly any filling.
Excellent employees! They replaced my bagel when it wasn't warm enough. Fast line and efficiently quick. I would recommend this location.

Quick service. Food was hot. Donuts and cookies were excellent and fresh. Public washrooms are locked and require employee to unlock.
