I've notice a steep decline of empathy from the whole team generally throughout the entire shift cycle I have attended, 1st shift 2nd shift and third.The Attitude I receive doesn't take me where I want to go when I have Tim Hortons in mind. And it's quite wide spread in this location s environment. Instead it's now a frowning downer in my opinion.The customers matterAnd I don't feel that energy when I have this location in mind at this time.Good luck
Excellent service provided by the staff. Visited on Saturday May 14th, 2022 and was greeted by Malika at the cash register. She listened intently to my order and presented herself in a very cheerful and welcoming manner. My server, Krista was also friendly, well mannered and extremely helpful. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism in the execution of their duties to ensure that me as a customer was satisfied. Keep up the good work!!

This restaurant, located next to Wendy's and Troy in the new market, offers exceptional customer service that truly stands out. Many patrons know the staff by name, which adds a personal touch to the dining experience. I will only ever rate a Tim's if they have a frosted cinnamon bun. It's my most common non-drink purchase. Well to be honest, it's my replacement for not being able to go to a decent Cinnabon store or a Dunkin Donuts... But the size and taste of Tim's frosted cinnamon bun is decent for its price.
Took more than 30 minutes to get my order ready because the mobile app doesn't specify they are temporarily out of certain items. They tried offering me a free donut and hash brown for my wait, but I would rather Tim Hortons work better on their mobile ordering system instead.
I was served by an older woman who seemed to be in a really bad mood. When I asked if I could have the two muffins at the front, she told me that all the muffins are the same. It seemed like she was having a rough day—her expression was quite intense.
