Most employees do their best...most. There are the few rude ones to deal with at times, just as in most workplaces. Unfortunatley, they don 't always have the resources to do the best possible job. Most do their best with what they have to work with. I do feel bad for them on that end (broken equipment and out of stock for weeks at times).There is a bit of confusion at times with milk vs cream though, and tea vs coffee. This is ok when corrected but when you state it 's wrong and they tell you to drink it anyway , or that you are mistaken when you know the difference, it gives that experience a very bad rating. I have never been talked to so rude at a restaurant in my life!! Drive through lady and the staff on this day were rude to me because I asked for a combo instead of a meal simple mistake as I was apologetic at the speaker where I always use my manners. The lady at the drive through window still felt the need to scold me when I picked up my meal!! I will never go to Tim Hortons in meteghan again. Unfortunately this was not the first time there was a problem here , but most things you shrug off. Robins where I don’t prefer will be getting my business from now on! First thing in the morning at the start of your week is not when you want to be talked so rudely and this for me was last time.
I have driven across Canada five times, stopping at Tim Hortons along the way. This location has the rudest staff I have ever encountered! Every time I visit, I am consistently ignored while the employees stand around chatting. I have even brought tourists here to show them what I mean, and they are equally shocked. If you are not a local, you are treated like a major inconvenience.
Yesterday my son and I went to a restaurant for lunch and coffee. As I started drinking my coffee, I discovered a piece of plastic in it. It was the worst coffee I have ever had from Tim Hortons. Everything looked dirty, including the windows and doors. I will definitely be skipping this restaurant in the future and will not be eating or drinking anything from there again. I am very disappointed in the Tim Horton in Meteghan,we went there the other day ,I went in to buy 2 coffees,first of all I was totally ignored for about 10 mins they were just walking around looking confused and doing nothing and it wasn’t busy ,nothing on the shelves ,and when I finally got my coffee they got my order wrong ,and apparently no training in customer service
I have to be honest, this Tim Horton's is the worst. The service is incredibly slow and the staff are rude. Most of the time when you try to order food, they don't even have it. The place is dirty from top to bottom. I can't comprehend how they meet their drive-thru time standards or pass any kind of freshness audit.
This is the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have EVER been in, dirty floors and tables, and equipment, windows etc. Doors hard to open. Very poor reflextion on the franchise, but young staff very willing and helpful.
