If i could put less than a star i would, i waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes just to be told the staff had forgotten about me??? Then i place my order, a bacon wrap with crispy chicken , just to find it's all ripped as if they barely put any effort in preparing it, there was little to no sauce, the chicken was grilled and not crispy i dont think I'll be going back there anytime soon
on 03 September 5;45 we command two trios. it took 40 minutes of waiting and some polite interventions, then one last more direct to the manager asking for our refund to finally receive our meal. No excuses on his part, he serves us our meal on a reprobator tone by telling us to take it or you want your refund.
The service at this restaurant, especially at night, is terrible. I have a video of three people who are completely incompetent. I have been a Tim Hortons customer for the past 15 years, but I have never experienced such a lack of service where they don't even take the client's order for 10 minutes.
Very impolite and rude manager and stuff. They are so unprofessional and after 3 times could not prepare the correct command for us. They were not sorry and at the end one of them threw away my order in front of me. Usually I’m not fan of Tim Horton because they are soooo impolite
Worst Tim Horton in the whole city bugs everywhere bees everywhere the restaurant is always closed even thought it says open 24/7

great food and nice customer service. However, the 2-line drive thru has a crazy waiting time.
The staff is welcoming and very friendly the place is very clean bathroom too
Helpful staff, great late night service. I'll stop there again anytime.
