I've heard from others who have had similar experiences with her. It's been over a week since the property manager at this location turned off the air conditioning in an effort to save energy. Given the current hot weather, it's concerning and could potentially lead to heat-related illnesses. This is unacceptable.

Worst French vanilla I have tasted from Tim Hortons. There were dead bugs on the window ledge and a fly was at my table. The staff are very efficient and friendly.
