TO the owner managers ect.You obviously don't care that your customers satisfaction rating is very poor this would explain why your hot water machine HAS NOT BEEN FIXED in over a week ..Tell me Sir are customers exoected to drink tea with room temperature water. I have a friend that owns TWO Tims locations and the No.1 issue is finding good staff but l am not sure this is the case here.Staff cannot work and provide GOOD service if your equipment is NOT working. On my way home, I stopped at your location for a coffee. As I approached the entrance, a staff member wearing glasses shouted at me that they were about to close and she wouldn't be serving anymore. I understand that closing duties can be hectic, but even if she had conveyed her message politely, I wouldn't have felt the need to share this feedback. This is not the level of service we expect from a well-respected franchise like yours.
Got to show my son his first drug deal in the parking lot at this location. He got to see his first drug addict and he couldn't use the washrooms in the restaurant because... You guessed it, drug addicts using drugs in the washroom. Then I got attitude from the employee at the cash because she charged me for the wrong donut and I had already paid. My suggestion before thinking of coming here with your family, DON'T!
The restaurant is clean and conveniently located, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy this location at Taunton and Harmony, especially since it’s also close to Windy. Personally, I prefer my coffee dark roast with one cream, and I often order the farmer's wrap with egg, cheese, and just hash browns. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It wasn’t even too busy, they don’t even have drive through and yet I couldn’t help but notice everyone scrambling and almost fighting, it felt so awkward, I even told them to have a good day and was just left to talk to myself.
I had a great meal there! For $20, I got a delicious 9-inch loaded dish. What I loved the most was that it was prepared right in front of me. It was fresh and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend that everyone gives it a try!
This is the only Tim Hortons in Lindsay that never gets our super simple order wrong. Plus, they frequently have unique doughnuts, like maple dip eclairs, that you won't find anywhere else!
