I had a terrible experience with the drive-thru service! The person taking orders was quite unfriendly. When I arrived to pick up my order, I greeted them politely, but received no response. I even said goodbye and was met with silence. The timbits were nearly identical in flavor, and my smoothie was supposed to have a fall flavor, but I’m still searching for any hint of spices or pumpkin. I went around 3:30 p.m., which seemed like the worst time to be there in Alma. This place doesn't deserve any stars.
The table was messy, the window was dirty, the tablets were unclean, the kitchen was in disarray, and the restroom lacked a hand dryer. What kind of owner allows this to happen?
The one in Alma opposite the Canadian tire, I would have thought I was in a daycare center with noisy and unprofessional employees.
