The staff are always friendly, however this Tim Horton’s consistently messes up orders.Between overcooked (or left in the warming drawer too long? sandwich ingredients, incorrect coffees (at least the sizes are right , or missing items in larger orders, it’s just not worth going to this location…Take the extra time visit the one downtown Trenton, they know what they are doing.
Recently visited this location for quick lunch. Very impressive customer service by the staff on duty specially the manger was very actively involved to taken care of every customer with politeness. Good to see and feel a bunch of happy team workers in one place. Keep it up to spread happiness around. I took some extra pictures to share. Enjoy!
Super nice manager! My partner is an amputee and was in a hurry to use the washroom. The manager came to help with doors, and even gave him a mask which he had forgotten in his haste! Very friendly service, order was correct and made right. And public washrooms were open....YAY!!
Had a great experience I was in and out the next day, there price is a median price It's not cheap but it's not expensive I definetly recommend if you want a professional and not a cheaper knock off
OMG ..how bad is this. Either there is not enough staff to keep on these things, or people are not doing what they are expected. We were mortified to see such a garbage pit at 10 in the morning.
We came at 10am and no hashbrowns and sausages for breakfast. They were arguing between staff… anyway, we left without eating so very bad experience!
It was good there polite but like always would have been expensive for a farmer wrap and a coffee but it's Tim Horton everybody loves it.
Never have donuts, never have hot chocolate, seldom have muffins. Gave up after 1+ years of trying.
The app is grate! I love how we can now get offers and discounts on curtain things in store.
