Edit: after following the requested direction below and being told someone would reach out to me, with no timeline I have patiently waited. It's been 2 months. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. I am a frequent drive-thru customer where I always purchase my coffee the odd occasion I will order some food and I must say more than 75% of the time my order is wrong or the bread is stale. Unhelpful Rude workers Was late and me and my daughter Needed phone use,as I don't have A cell phone for calling out. Worst customer service ever 3 people in Tim's , worker walked around like she was working,when all she did was ignore us And walk from one end of the counter to the other end,doing nothing,I ended up leaving ,buying nothing ,due to lack of respect,night shift workers.... Went in the morning to get a classic bagel and coffee, girl took my order didn’t change her gloves, and continued to make my food, very disgusted by this. This franchise is horrendous. My son has a tomato allergy and specifically asked for a dish without tomatoes. We were assured that his meal would be free of tomatoes. However, when the dish arrived, I found tomatoes mixed in. This kind of oversight is completely unacceptable and poses a significant risk to customers with allergies. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

i ordered 5 chicken strips and got 2 small chicken strips. I asked the worker and she said thats all thats left. We were charger for two but atleast say it when im ordering so I can maybe decide of something else, it was such a waste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
