Jan 1 only place open in area. Under staffed. Waited in drive thru, lineup was so long came inside. One order (4 meals) ahead it took probably 10 mins. Finally got to order BLT with cheese, paid extra for cheese, told it would take a long time to get my sandwich due to the number of orders. A few mins later a gal calls out BLT. I try to get her attention with excuse me 3 times before the guy who had taken my order came over. Get the order home of course no cheese. Call to complain, no one answers the phone. Those is the latest in a number of terrible service mixed up, very simple, orders. It’ll be a longtime before I’m back.
We were not impressed with the changes in the chilli. Not only was it expensive (6$ for about a cup to a cup and ½ but it has been watered down. It fealt more like a chilli soup. But other than that enjoyed the upgrades to the interior.Parking: The drive through routing needs work.
Always friendly and courteous but often have to wait for the long line in the drive-thru. Every Sunday morning we grab a coffee on our way to church but the lines are often long and result in us skipping out. 10 am Sundays seem to always be long lineups.
