I've encountered some of the friendliest staff at this Tim Hortons. Although I don't know any of them personally, my frequent visits during my high school years nearby have made us all familiar with each other. I can greet them in public as if they were long-time friends. The service is usually quite fast, and even when I have to wait due to a shortage of staff, they are always very polite. It's a bit unfortunate that it’s located inside an Esso, which means I can’t sit down and chat with the staff, but that’s just how it is.
Was at this location today, and cashier took my order named Brianna, she had smiled, polite voice, and made such a good eye contact. She looked new but doing a very good job! I had a fantastic experience with the drive-thru. The staff who took my order were friendly, spoke clearly, and had a cheerful attitude. The only downside is that they don't offer breakfast.
