Everyone knows that Timmies is a main coffee place, I get at least two coffees a day every day. Depends on what timmies you go to you can have some issues with wrong orders. I havent had any issues with both St Clair locations aswell as the one near old giant tiger. They always get my orders right, food is always hot and made great. Coffee always taste good. The only issue I ever had ones the one near the cop station before it got revamped, the bagels were made terrible a lot of drunken people went through there at nights. Aside from all that most of them have sit in areas with ac to sit and relax with some tv. They use to be open all night but sadly I'm pretty sure all close at night now.
I visited the restaurant for a large candy cane white hot chocolate and a few other items. The candy cane hot chocolates are supposed to come topped with whipped cream and candy cane pieces, but all I received was a mint hot chocolate. I don't understand why I had to pay extra for a white hot chocolate with a mint shot. My son was really looking forward to his first candy cane hot chocolate, and he was disappointed when it didn’t come with whipped cream! It would be great if you could train your staff to ensure orders are made correctly. Even on the Tim's app, it clearly states that it includes whipped cream and candy cane pieces!
Placed my order and the screen said something different so twice I said excuse me but my order is wrong, before I even finished my sentence I got swift rude drive forward, not sure what is going one with the service from this one and others in Chatham , but thankful we have other options.
I ordered chicken noodle soup but was informed that it wasn't available. Instead, I was offered tomato bacon soup but received potato bacon instead. Additionally, there was no butter provided for the bread. Overall, I found the prices to be too high for the experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Everything is perfect here! The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is fantastic. However, I often find myself waiting 10 minutes or even longer before they take my order. It's not the staff's fault; it seems like they just need more people to help out.
What can I say I go to this Tim hortons every day and yet every day they get my meal wrong I live 20 minutes away walking distance and I have to walk back every time very sad but still I try hoping that they once might get my order right
I bought two Smile Cookies today, and they were undercooked (almost raw). We got them in Wallaceburg, and they tasted so much better there.
