I went in hoping to buy a dozen donuts, but they barely had any available. Instead of offering me fresh options, they handed me all the unwanted donuts. I always believed they regularly refreshed their selection, but it seems they've significantly downsized. What happened to the Tim Hortons we used to enjoy? It's definitely not worth returning to.
Tables are always dirty, they don’t care about people standing in line waiting to be served. They walk by people standing waiting again and again with out any acknowledgment. I waited 15 min in a lineup with only one person ahead of me. Food is sub par of late and can’t seem to get orders correct.
I went in and the cashier quickly took our order without making any mistakes. Our food and drinks arrived promptly, and everything was delicious! The drive-thru usually has a long line, so we decided to go inside. I'm glad we did—overall, the service was great!
Timmies needs some competition. They have gotten bad over the years. Definitely like to support anyone before timmies if I have a choice. Too bad because that's one thing camada is known for....they are downhill just like our Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I am consistently having issues with my orders being incorrect, and on occasions, they don’t provide the items I ordered and paid for if they run out. The staff is also quite rude and pushy when taking orders.
No one addresses any customers coming into the store. There was a line and employees were walking past the tils restocking.
Dietary Restrictions: I would greatly appreciate it if there were gluten-free options available. Thank you!
