It's becoming a bit frustrating, everyone! I can understand if it happens occasionally, but this has been a recurring issue. Every time I pick up food from the drive-thru, my order is missing fillings, toppings, and so on. This has happened at least three times now. For example, the Sausage and Eggs Farmer's Breakfast should come with sausage, not hash browns, and I often receive dishes with excessive sauce when I haven’t requested it. This is my go-to Tim's, and I really like the place, but these mistakes make me question things. Please pay more attention to orders!
I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. The customer service was subpar, as the staff communicated in their native language, which felt unwelcoming. To make matters worse, the coffee was served cold, which significantly impacted the quality of my visit.
My overall experience with the Tim Hortons at circle Khas been amazing . The staff has been amazing, super efficient, tasty food choice for those that are on the go! However; shrinkflation has struck here as well!
This is the second time I've gotten sick from this location. You really need to stop touching the sipping hole on the coffee cup lids. I've noticed employees handling various items and then touching the lids. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
EXRTREMELY HAPPY with the customer service provided at this location. I often come here as it’s so close to home and I only receive exemplary service. Khadija is usually who helps me and is always kind!
Please get caramel syrup it’s quite popular and it’s been over a month and half I’m not sure how it’s discontinued when this is the only Tim a Hortons that doesn’t have it.
