The location is absolutely terrible. I usually order at the drive-thru, and the woman taking the orders is very rude—she seems to be the manager. She lacks basic customer service skills, and I can't understand how she holds a managerial position. Interactions with her always ruin my mood in the morning. This store is conveniently located near my workplace; otherwise, I would never return.
I visited the drive-thru at 10:37 AM. When I reached the window, the woman serving me was quite friendly. However, behind her, another employee, wearing a headset, muted the mic and audibly told a coworker to “shut the f up” and “get out of my face.” My children in the back of the car heard this, and I found it to be very unprofessional behavior for a service-oriented workplace.
The older woman at the window has a very passive-aggressive attitude. The staff hardly acknowledges your presence, making you feel like you're a nuisance to them. There are no greetings or good wishes; the only one who does say something is one of the ladies. When you're trying to begin your day on a positive note, that kind of negative interaction really leaves an impression.
They have the worst staff. Especially their manager.I forgot to order 1 hasbrown along with my coffee. They made me go back and order again on drive thru. Complete Wastage of time. Wont recommend from visiting this tim hortons. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
NEVER has my mobile order ready. Why take them if I have to line up and then watch you make it?
They give half cup pf coffee when u ask then to put light ice..such bad service
