Hair in my food. Literally made me puke. Like it's one thing to be fast but you also need to be clean. Disgusting. This isn't a small hair it should've been noticed. Worst experience ever! I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes, keep in mind its 6:30 pm dinner time. I was looking for a standard bowl of chilli and a sandwich. They didn’t have either and they proceeded to offer potato wedges only to tell me that they are actually out of wedges. What a complete waste of time. I am never going back to this location the staff is not knowledgeable of what they have to offer from their menu. Terrible!
Crappy better than thought rude staff inside and at drive-thru window, 2mm of coffee grinds in the bottom of my coffee cup, a dozen donuts all the flavors I didn't want, turkey club sandwiches with zero mayonnaise. $34.70 I spent could have paid for better service at a restaurant for breakfast. Horrible service, 20 mins in store with 3 people in line to get one coffee. So next day go in drive threw only 4 cars in line and took 20 mins. Horrible service.
