The workers were all in the back talking. There were people in the front who had been waiting around. One left because of no service for like 10 minutes. They handed a customer a wrong wrap and than took it back. I placed an online order and after 35 minutes still had not received it. They didn't call my name or ask if anyone was there with my name. It was not even placed on the little shelf They have for people to take what they ordered. My daughter walked up to the counter and the girl behind the counter looked at her quickly and than walked away leaving my child to be ignored. Than when something was said, they said it was behind the shelf to get things and said they were sorry and remade...
I visited the drive-thru and they forgot to include the bacon for my sandwich. Since I was already at work, I had to leave to go back for it. When I got to the counter, everyone seemed to ignore me, and some even rolled their eyes when I asked about the bacon. A staff member, who was preparing sandwiches, loudly declared, “There was bacon in that,” making sure everyone in the store heard her. Not only was my order incorrect, wasting my time, but now I felt humiliated as she accused me of trying to steal two strips of bacon. At no point did anyone apologize for the mistake. As a district manager in retail, I know that this kind of behavior can seriously harm your business.
Waited nearly 10 minutes, along with several others, to have their food and drink served, watching staff milling around, not touching anything, talking, etc. After I asked if there was a manager around (publicly, and maybe a touch rudely) people suddenly started to sort things out. This lack of perception by the shift supervisor is a common problem at quick serve. They need to supervise and not be everyone’s buddy.EDIT:Reviewed owners comments. Not interested in compensation or free food. Making it right only happens when they improve the level of quality of supervision in the store.
I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but this was my first visit since the renovations. The place looks fantastic! I ordered a latte with almond milk due to my dairy allergy, along with a hash brown. However, I received a regular latte and a chocolate chip cookie instead. I didn't notice the mistake at first (I have no taste buds), but once my stomach started acting up, I realized I hadn’t received the almond milk. If I could rate 0 stars I would, i don’t usually mind waiting in drive thru, but the lady that works there almost every day, she is older and has such a horrible mouth on her. She back talks to you, and gives major attitude. I’m actually so sick of it. I will not be returning to this store. I will bring my business down the road further from my work. Unreal.
The food was okay, but I found a hair in my meal. They didn't package my food well at all. Additionally, one of the employees constantly stared at me and my friend, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I won't be returning.
Went in to order and walked out tolk to long, and the person did not know what to do and did not understand what we were ordering.
