The customer service is despicable. If you 'd like to go to an establishment and be made to feel like a burden, this is the place to go. No one greets you or says thank you or bye . You place your order and if they say anything its, ok , most of the time they not respond. No order total, no please pull ahead, nothing. Same at the window, not even a smile. They just pass you the card machine then pass you your food. We asked for one ketchup packet, and the response was a sigh, an eye roll, and a handful of ketchup packets that mostly fell on the ground. I 've said, Thank you, have a nice day before I leave every single time, and they just stare blankly back at me as if I 'm speaking a foreign...
I had an amazing experience here today. I wish I'd gotten the girls name who served me. She was extremely kind, friendly, and fast. It was cold out and my glasses had fogged up and she even offered me a napkin to wipe them off. All it takes is a little kindness to make someone's day.
The worst tim horton's ever ! NOBODY understands English and if you have something to say you are banned from the location ! You ask something to eat or drink and you receive something else ! What a joke you are ! But hey we are proud Canadians ! Shame !
For a tiny kiosk of a Tim Hortons the staff put out the fastest, best service and best quality food I've ever had from a Tim Hortons. Great
