The assistant manager, who has tattoos on his arms, was aggressive and arrogant. I've never witnessed someone lose their temper so quickly and shout at another person while we were trying to communicate calmly. As someone who works in customer service myself, I find it frustrating to see such an incompetent young man in a position like this. On a brighter note, I want to commend the supervisor for staying calm and providing service with a smile. He truly deserves a much better job.
Very good order taking at the drive-thru, but confusion at the window when handing over the order. I was given an item that I had not ordered and they had forgotten my coffee. Everything was quickly and politely sorted out.
I wouldn't recommend paying in cash, as an employee refused to return my change. It seems like they might need a raise, as that behavior isn't typical. The coffee was decent, but the service was quite slow.
