Tim Hortons - Tisch resevieren

This Tim Hortons was doing really well after the previous manager left, but I returned today to find her back. Unfortunately, my coffee was not up to standard; it had to be thrown out because she had adjusted the machines in a way that caused them to malfunction. The atmosphere feels hostile and unfriendly. I plan to report her for the harassment and bullying I've witnessed towards the staff. The owner of this Tim Hortons needs to understand that customers will not tolerate being treated this way. It's rude, and harassment of customers is simply unacceptable.
