We highly recommend Tim Hortons at Montreal airport.Our plane was cancelled and after all the chaos we were starving. The company gave us tickets so we could eat but it was too late, they were almost closed. We got into, and the lady gently before hearing our story, decided to make us sandwiches even if it was closed. After all of that, 10 minutes later she appeared running after us to give us for free a box with 50 timbits. All the people working there were so nice and we are really grateful for this amazing service. We love Tim HortonsAlba Apo
They do not toast anything!!!Ordered an English muffins Sausage egger and a bagel cheese and asked for double toasted specificallyNone only the bagel not even toasted once but also didn’t follow the double toasted . Nor the English muffin was warm up and toasted .The bunds and bagel was super bad.I gone remember never to buy from this location ever again when I am in this airport
Un Tim’s au rabais. Pas de latte, pas de cappuccino chaud (froid uniquement). Quand on pose une question au préposé on me demande ce qu’est un latte comme si je n’étais qu’un idiot.Ce Tim’s est situé aux arrivées de l’aéroport, pour un premier contact avec l’enseigne ça ne donne pas une très bonne image.

Just one thing. The Anita lady in the cash counter is very rude to customers and very toxic towards the crew members.People come their and pay money not for this silly drama.Management kindly provide Anita some stress management training and people skills…
Personnels vraiment pas sympa du tout, c’est lamentable que des gens avec si peu d’ empathie soient en contacte avec de la clientèles. La vente est un métier, il s’apprend !!!
The timbits were amazing, and it was the first time I tried them. The iced cappucino was good too.Service was quick. Ladies at the counter were very nice.
Rude rude RUDE, didn't apologize when I had to come back because my order wasn't complete. I asked for a sorry and got a blank stare.
