Not a good experience today. Was excited to see this Location was less busy so I pulled in with good expectations instead this is what I got. The older gentlemen who took my order wasn’t well educated about food safety because he was the one who took my money and handed me my food and out the lid on my coffee which to me was bothering me a lot especially with Covid going around he had gloves which he made a statement”how does everyone else do it then?” I replied well you take the money and the lady who’s handing you the food should be handing it to me. I have had similar jobs beforehand being a manager at one of these kinds of place for two years. I asked to have a new coffee they just hones...
Horrible service never ever have cookies made . Came up there at 6/30 am no cookies or Tim bits made ok. Then come at 12:00 on break and no cookies made then I order a breakfast burrito still cold on the inside and I come at 3:00 today to get cookies and no cookies then I go to a different location in Lincoln park and they don’t have any cookies for the past three nights they don’t have any so I tried to go yesterday morning at 8:00 am was in the drive they for almost an half an hour and still no cookies
Today was not a good experience at Tim Hortons! The food was not enjoyable and I arrived at 1 o'clock only to discover they were out of paninis. I had to settle for just a drink. The service was slow and unprofessional. I wonder what they are doing differently that prevents them from providing the best possible quality.
Complete lack of friendliness and communication. It should be advertised on the outside if there is no dining. Not one sign or anything indicating drive thru only. The boss there ? don’t even get me started. The food I ordered wasn’t even hot, the drink which was suppose to be hot was ice cold. I seen only one girl cleaning up all the mess they have back there ?. Not to mention I’ve never seen a store sooooo wasteful.
Incredible! The manager, Josh, is absolutely fantastic. Dale works the drive-thru like a pro, while Sheila is super friendly and greets customers with a smile. The food is always fresh, and they make an amazing vanilla cream cold brew.
that is the most unprofessional and dirty tims of all time. the workers believe they are paid a lot to be rude and unrespectful. I'll never go back there. beyond that they gave me food that looked evil. absolutely disgusting.

The location is fantastic. The service was fast, friendly, and the food was fresh. Those in a wheelchair or with dietary restrictions will have a good experience.
