As for the staff, they are generally decent; the real issue lies with people who behave inappropriately. I refuse to be subjected to such mistreatment in public any longer. Unfortunately, I seem to encounter this frequently, making everyday activities, like grocery shopping, quite challenging. I sincerely hope for a change and wish to live my life without such hostility. On a separate note, the wheelchair accessibility is acceptable.
Team, where is your management? I ordered a bagel today and noticed that only one girl was making the food orders while the other three were busy taking orders and making beverages. These three girls were often standing around with nothing to do, instead of helping the one girl who was overwhelmed with a large number of orders. To the manager: this is a clear indication of very poor management and team collaboration.
I ordered a cilantro chicken bowl and had to wait while the staff member completed three DoorDash orders ahead of mine. I then saw her put my chicken in the microwave to warm it up, which certainly contradicts their slogan of “always fresh.” When I finally got home and tried the meal, the rice was completely undercooked and crunchy. I really don’t understand how anyone could get it that wrong.
My roommate and I came here to buy a coffee and they didn't even let me use the washroom. The staff claimed the washroom wasn't working but allowed two other customers to use it in front of me. I don’t know why I keep expecting good service from franchises but like many others it’s all about money. They messed up my order multiple times and had I a issue with a side of attitude about fixing my order, just got a refund instead.
No place to sit, all seats are occupied by delivery guys who just sit there and are not even customers. It's unfortunate because this location was just recently nicely renovated.
More worried about online orders than the customers in front of them!
