Terrible drive-thru service!!! The person taking orders at the terminal is unpleasant. Arriving to collect my order, I say hello (I'm polite), no response..... I say goodbye to the same. The timbits were practically all the same!!! My smoothie should have been fall flavored, I'm still looking for the spices and pumpkin. I went by around 3:30 p.m., really the worst time in Alma. Deserves zero stars Meal type: Other
The table was messy and dirty, the windows were smudged, and the surfaces were all unclean. The kitchen didn't look like it had been maintained either. Additionally, the restroom lacked a hand dryer. I can't fathom how an owner would allow such conditions. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
