I rarely complain, however this location needs to review its leadership and employees. Concerns with cleanliness inside and the equipment being used to supply food and drink. Wait time either at the pick up window or inside is extreme. Flies and bees are always in the donut display case. There has been one individual who is fairly pleasant but the others are not. I think it's time the Brant County Health Unit makes a surprise visit. The owner of this franchise needs to review performance management of the employee's.
