Update March 2024: [very slow service and long wait times for instore ordering] Recently renovated store. Service wait times have increased to the point you're drinking your coffee long before your food is handed to you. Literally just watched a man walk out without receiving his bagel order because he waited and waited and waited.... it finally got to counter a few minutes after he left... so it took over 10 minutes to do a simple single bagel order. Wait time at cashier is getting bad too. Line ups are longer and slower than it was before. The WORST Tim's in the city. Reviews speak for themselves oh my !!!!! I got 10 pack of timbits no glaze, sticky and soggy timbits . Even my two year old looked in the box and refused to eat them . Then the kid on the phone can't give me straight answer on why all their donuts and timbits are ALL THE SAME. He proceeded to tell me this location waters down the glaze because it's too expensive to use it thick . Will never ever go back Here too many bad experiences. I regret to say that my experience with the cinnamon and raisin bagel from Tim Hortons was utterly disappointing. The bagel was stale and lacked any discernible flavor of cinnamon or raisin. It was as if I was chewing on cardboard with a hint of something vaguely reminiscent of cinnamon. unpleasantly dry, making it a challenge to even swallow.
