Update March 2024: [very slow service and long wait times for instore ordering] Recently renovated store. Service wait times have increased to the point you're drinking your coffee long before your food is handed to you. Literally just watched a man walk out without receiving his bagel order because he waited and waited and waited.... it finally got to counter a few minutes after he left... so it took over 10 minutes to do a simple single bagel order. Wait time at cashier is getting bad too. Line ups are longer and slower than it was before. I regret to say that my experience with the cinnamon and raisin bagel from Tim Hortons was utterly disappointing. The bagel was stale and lacked any discernible flavor of cinnamon or raisin. It was as if I was chewing on cardboard with a hint of something vaguely reminiscent of cinnamon. unpleasantly dry, making it a challenge to even swallow. Here's my honest opinion. The store looks great. Its also clean. I realize they have a lot of pressure being across from a school and the kids coming in and making it very loud and chaotic but overall I think the staff work as a team. You can see on their faces they are trying to please customers and try to get orders out. Keep in mind when you come in. If it's really busy, be patient. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Cleaning the washroom sign at 6:30a.m. but nobody was inside and the light was off. It 's getting tiring that so many places restrict services like washrooms because they obviously don 't want to clean them.
