It has been a while since I last visited this restaurant. I was very impressed with my visit. The outside of the restaurant looked fantastic, with the landscaping newly cleaned and mulched. I was greeted in a friendly manner and my order was quickly and efficiently delivered by dedicated staff. Overall, I had a great experience! I would rate the food a 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
The drive-thru staff at this restaurant could use some improvement in customer service as they seem very unenthusiastic. I haven't been inside to see if they are friendlier there. It is disappointing that they are frequently out of certain items. However, their coffee is superior to the Dunkin' Donuts down the road. This is a take-out establishment serving other types of meals.
Today my card got declined. I'm not sure why, but as I was pulling out my other card the cashier offered to get my drink for me. I was having a hard day, and I just wanted to come here to say that act of kindness totally turned my bad day around. The coffee was amazing, too! Thank you, and I'll definitely be coming back!!!
Great options, even though drive thru lines get long on Sunday mornings the move very quick. Service is friendly and on point.. Not every Tim's is like this but this one... Top Notch
