The staff at this restaurant were rude and aggressive, providing the worst service imaginable. After waiting forever to place my order, I was physically attacked by the manager and her staff. The sandwich I received was not properly packed and fell on my car seat as soon as I touched it. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, refused to help clean up, and were incredibly rude. When I tried to return to eat, they did not welcome me back. They later lied to the police, falsely claiming that I had attacked them and twisted the story. They continuously threatened me and even blocked my car to prevent me from leaving, while hurling insults and intimidation. I will never spend another cent at...
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. There are always 5 people working the drive-thru and only one person attending to customers in the front. Meanwhile, there is a long line at the front counter and the employees all seem to be staring at you. They need to prioritize better and provide better training to their employees, especially those of East Indian descent, on how to improve their work efficiency.
I had a bad experience at Tim Hortons on Bell Blvd in Belleville. I ordered a loaded pack, but it was smaller than a regular lunch wrap. Additionally, there was an offer on the Tim Hortons app for 2 lunch wraps for $8, but I was charged full price. This was false advertising and overall, the service was disappointing. I was very disappointed with my visit to Tim Hortons.
I was just at this store. I went inside and there was nobody inside. The girl at the drive thru shouted that I'll have to wait. She served 4 cars and didn't ever look back to me. I waited 10 mins with no acknowledgement I left! Terrible customer service and very rude girl. Another girl was stocking cup lids.
They make the absolute worst coffee in town out of all the time hortons. Hell, I'd venture to say in the quinte area even, not just belleville. If you want burnt coffee with an absolutely disgusting taste go here ? if you want better coffee, go elsewhere ?
With covid rules still made our visit as stressfree as possible with having 3 kids in tow... Thanks for always going above and beyond to make our orders exactly how we wanted with picky eaters lol
Pretty consistent service speed. Never got my order wrong once, no big potholes.Friendly staff. Only timmies i go to in belleville as the rest are sub par.
the sausage was boiled, the chicken sluice was flooded with mayo, potato wedges dry and baked. I should have gone when I saw the kitchen floor was dirty.
Stopped by for lunch and had chilli with a country bun a coffee and a donut meal was great and price was right.
