The staff is wonderful, but the wait times are absolutely absurd. There was just one person in front of me in line, yet it took them 10 minutes to serve two simple coffees. They seem to lack any sense of urgency, which is really disappointing. This has been my experience every time I've visited. I keep hoping that it will be better the next time, but it never is, regardless of the hour.
The Timmies here is actually better than many others in the city. The staff is experienced rather than young, which makes a noticeable difference in service. For instance, younger employees often press the sugar button quickly, resulting in coffee that isn't as sweet. In contrast, the more experienced team knows how to make it just right.
Pretty nice place overall. Service was friendly and swift. They didn't have four cheese bagels when I went, but I'd assume it was only temporarily. Lots of old people, no one on phones which was nice to see some sense of community. Bathrooms were not very clean, but that's alright.
The order was taken efficiently and accurately. I had to ask the server for a tablet, and they also forgot to provide straws, so I had to go back inside. Other than that, everything was great. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The coffee had too much sugar in it and the cup was underfilled by almost an inch below the fill line.
It was quite crowded during lunchtime, but the service was quick and courteous.
Always a long wait for any food or drink. Same food quality as any tim Hortons.
