On this Friday night I had the WORST fast food experience ever.It was almost midnight. For reasons I'll blame on the price of gas, I could not drive to Tim Hortons but I wanted to get a cup of coffee. When I got there, the front doors were locked. They were still serving the drive through so I just decided to walk through. Instead of getting some service and a coffee, they called the police. Now I know what it is like to work in food. I used to work at a pizza place in New Minas. Never once did I call the POLICE on a customer, especially with zero communication between me and them first. I will never go back to this Tims.
Decent iced capps but thats it, she gave us hash browns thrown into the bag on top of other wrappers and covered it with napkins hoping we wouldn't see it.When we questioned her she said they do that sometimes and we can get sleeves, no thanks I don't need more hands on the food again and to make matters worse it was hard as a rock and went straight in the garbage.Won't be buying food at this location again.
the personal does not know the difference between the timbits that are coated with sugar and glazed donuts. I don't order 10 tidbits with sugar coating. she always said I can only give you old fashion, that's the only way we have, that's not glazed. I said glazed is in order, no one who coated sugar. I get 4 simple old fashion, 4 old fashion with bargain sugar soup and 2 honey dip.
please fill out their icey coffee sauces or instead invite me for a smaller one! I was in the car drive this morning, probably waited 10 minutes at the window for 2 big ice coffee. they say they only do more than they had run out. no problem. When I finally got them, they were both filled with two inches from above! no excuse, no discount. not cool!
I would have given no star for the service. Went to drive thru.. they were selling foul smelling doughnuts and when we called them to discard she said call management in morning.. please don’t Visit if you see this message.
This place just cannot seem to get an order right. Not just taking the order, but preparing it as well. Improve your service. I'll improve my rating
In view of today's labour force, it is best to go early in the morning. that is when the most experienced people work, understand customer service.
Unbelievably slow, because it looked like only 2 people working, drivethru was really lined up
Drive thru is always behind.. people are rude. Slow service. Mess up almost every order.
