I went to this Tim Hortons on a Saturday with my daughter and son. We ordered 2 farmers breakfast sandwich once we got our food. It was the wraps so I asked my daughter to ask them that they made it wrong she start arguing with my daughter that no it’s our fault. We asked for the wrap but I never did. Very bad customer service. If you made it wrong just fix it that’s all. You don’t answer argue with the customer. She was really rude with me as well when I asked her that I want my money back.she was giving me attitude.
I am someone who appreciates simplicity. I like to have Iced Cappuccinos, and that's all I want. However, every time I come to this restaurant, the machine is either not ready or being cleaned. It's like the Canadian equivalent of the infamous McDonald's ice cream machine situation. But apart from that, the staff are wonderful and provide excellent service without any problems. In my opinion, it's better to just go to the Tim Hortons on Tower for an Iced Capp fix.
I just dont see why people flock to this place. The server seemed like she would rather spit on us than anything else. I know better than to eat there but the guy with me tried to order some type of food but they were out of cheese, they were also out of honey for his tea. Their coffee tasted like its burnt, it really is disgusting. The place was empty and it was so dirty with debris on many of the empty tables...Never again!
I love the convenience of mobile ordering because I can easily pick up my coffee at the Mobile Spot. However, at this location, every time I have visited, I've had to ask and wait in line for my coffee. I suffer from anxiety and have to tie my dog up outside. Tim Hortons rarely differentiates itself from one restaurant to another, the staff at this particular location seemed happy and friendly which is refreshing which is not necessarily the norm.I wish I had the name of both employees to give them a trip advisor pat on the back shout out,, but I didn't get the names. Yesterday, I went to that restaurant and ordered a lemonade. When it arrived, I noticed there was a bug in it. The worker checked and confirmed that there were bugs in the drink. They promptly replaced it for me.
The place is always kinda dirty and the smell is weird, the food always has a odd aftertaste and is never completly warm, overall would pick a better place to go.
