Hope you all have a good laugh at this. We pull up to order and can hardly hear the person speaking, didn’t greet us or ask what we wanted. We proceeded to ask for our order I kid you not) 6 times. 2 drinks, a water and 2 doughnuts we can vaguely make out what he is saying. We get to the window and they tell us they didn’t hear our order at all. So for the 7th time we relay the order. We then are told that they don’t have the doughnuts which is fine. Not a big deal and they start making our drinks. Half way though making the first one they tell us they ran out of carbonated water for our drinks. So now we had to get a full refund. But they didn’t want to give us the full refund back because...
Possibly the worst Tim 's the in the LML. We can 't make tea, we are out of hot water . Don 't love being interrupted after every item; and anything else? . Watching 5 employees chat with each other while I stand at the cash register for nearly 10minutes waiting to have my order taken. Being told XYZ bagel type is out, requesting a different one, and am told the same thing three times over before the staff informs me that they just don 't have bagels at all. Getting completely different orders from what I wanted, and getting gaslit by staff as to what I asked for. Also never once have I gotten a receipt from them. I could write these things all day.
This was the worst tim Hortons. My bagel wasn't toasted. I called and she said she would replace my Bagel and give me my money back. When I came back she told me she wouldn't give me my money back cuz she didn't remember saying that. The girl who re made my bagel threw it in the toaster. And rolled her eyes. I hope the manger see this. I'm going to complain to the higher ups. That's not okay how your staff treat customers. And no napkins. You give the guy behind me the brown bag of napkins and don't even re fill it. Worst place ever. Thanks very much
Food was good but the service was a little pathetic not too sure if they are rushed or feeling overstressed, because when I leave the ordering screen and pick up my food at the pick up window, there’s always something wrong never correct maybe you lack of staff I’m not 100% sure I just know that there’s everything is correct on the screen. They always seem to be rushing you off to go pick up your food on the other end which is never correct like Saturday I got a large coffee and they gave me a small. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I usually care so little about fast food quality and service (no one is going to these places for a gourmet experience). But if you're experiencing a standard Tim Hortons go to any other location.The speaker in the drive thru is broken and it's almost impossible to hear. Food isn't heated up properly and is still cold in the middle. Baked goods selection is sparse. Long lines and wait times. Occasionally flooded parking lot.
Coffee was fine. I go to work for 01:00 in the morning. Have ordered donuts and timbits for the crew on 4 sepeate occasions and was told each time no donuts no tidbits. With no explanation. Will be looking for a Tim's that actually provides the products I am looking for.
My wrap was handed to me with no napkins through the drive through and was a complete sloppy mess! Don't give out food you wouldn't serve your own mother. I've done your job and it's not hard... learn about work
Well it's a timmies, but it's really clean and tidy, the staff are extremely friendly. It's a great spot for that essential morning coffee with a quick bite to eat. Great atmosphere relaxed Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I always loved the aroma and taste of Tim Horton but some places they serve in cups which are not so good quality.
