I know, I know, you don't go to Tim Hortons for ambiance and service, but this location sets a pretty dismal record even for this chain. On my quiet mid-afternoon visit there were only a couple of seats occupied and no one at all waiting to be served. Except me. And I waited and waited and waited. Exactly 12 minutes. This while I watched seven staff talking amongst themselves and totally ignoring me. When I did get served it was with cold, surly indifference.All I wanted was a coffee, and I expected to be in and out in seconds. I thought that was Tim Hortons' business model. I guess not at this one. I most definitely will not be going back.
I understand that Tim Hortons is not known for its ambiance or service, but this particular location seems to be even worse than usual. During my visit in the middle of the afternoon, there were only a few customers and no one waiting to be served, except for me. Despite this, I waited for 12 minutes while the staff chatted amongst themselves and ignored me. When I finally did get served, it was with cold and indifferent service. I simply wanted a coffee and expected a quick visit, as I thought that was Tim Hortons' usual business model. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I love grabbing a delicious coffee and muffin on the go whenever I'm in town. The prices are unbeatable and everything is always fresh and ready to go. If you're in need of a quick lunch, they also offer delicious soup and sandwich options. Make sure to check out their authentic Canadian coffee when you stop by!
The service at this restaurant is always fast, efficient, and friendly. The location is great with ample parking. It's a wonderful spot for the community to gather.
