Good hot coffee, however customer service severely lacking. Was greeted through the drive through by a male voice with a lazy 'hello '. There was no asking what am I ordering etc. The amount given and that 's it. Upon arrival at the window there were literally no words spoken by the young lady. No order confirmation, amount, change was given back without any words. Coffee handed and window promptly closed. Staff obviously not having a good day. At least our coffees were correct and delicious!
Worst tim hortons I have ever been to, very rude staff. Charging extra for the sugar unnecessarily. The food preparation is horrible, they don’t care looks like. My Pay and Scan was enabled and added but at this tim hortons location, it didn’t scan and the representative asked me to re-install the app very rudely, she didn’t even try to see if it’s an issue at their end whereas I went to other tim hortons and it scan&pay right away. Avoid to go this tim hortons…
Food is okay but the service at the drive thru is not. On many occasions I have driven through to place my order to find that when a rep answers they are laughing and it is unsure whether they are laughing at me or at someone else. To add, when this happens mistakes happen, overfill coffees, forgetting food and more. Not sure who the manager of this place but you have to do something and better run your business.
Pathetic they have had no donut selection on my last 4 nightly visits. Make that 10 visits and not cheap either. Over 5 bucks for 2 bagels and cream cheese that's if you can even get a plain bagel either. Tim Horton's sucks in this
The donuts and bagels at this place are fantastic. The coffee is always fresh and tastes great. However, I wish there were more staff inside the store rather than just at the drive-thru.
Congratulations on achieving the title of world's best cup of coffee! Everyone did a fantastic job. I have always had a great experience here and have been a loyal customer for years.
Servers , girls) were laughing with their hands on their mouth and without wearing gloves nor washing their hands they were handling food for the customers! That's is very concerning!
The service was excellent and the restroom was very clean. There were no long waits to be seated. The donuts were delicious with a generous amount of icing. Yummm!
Love this Tim Hortons, the owners are great and the staff keep me coming in they are all so friendly and super quick
