They prioritize customer satisfaction and offer easy returns or replacements when needed. The quality of the beverages here is much better compared to other locations in Milton. The food and drinks are usually delicious and flavorful, with only rare instances where they may be off. The staff at other locations could learn a thing or two from them. This Tim Hortons location is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. I can only blame myself, as I have been here a few times before and have always encountered long waits, whether in the drive-thru or inside. Despite being an optimist, I decided to give it one more chance this time. Unfortunately, my optimism was misplaced. The wait was as expected, and when I finally reached the speaker at the drive-thru, I was informed that they were only accepting cash. You can tell the staff three times to order one coffee and one cake and you will still get a different coffee. I read other comments and see that I'm not the only one who has such a bad opinion about this place. Let the owner stop sending dissatisfied customers to the TH service office and let him tidy up his bar himself. Copying and pasting the same answer to everyone is a sign of disrespect. You will see that in the nearby parking lot you will see cars with large banners about your quality. If you can't run a business, go back to your home!
I came a few days ago by the drive-through, the lady operating the microphone was very, very rude. I asked the lady by the window what her name was, it was Tanisha? I tried to talk to the manager, and she did not let her co-workers call the manager over, telling me she was the manager. If you enjoy having coffee spilled all over your car, then this is the place for you. It happens every time without fail. The staff rush to fill the cups, causing them to spill and then they simply throw a lid on top. I have gone to work with stained pants and a car covered in coffee numerous times due to the incompetence of the employees. It is completely absurd.
They are always so confused when going there to pick up an order done via tims app and you don’t find out whats not available until you get to the speaker after waiting a ton of time in drive thru leading up to it
I like the Timmy bcz the customer service is really friendly n fast n the workers always nice n smile anytime u go there that’s why I like to visit there .
