I placed an order online and when I arrived for pickup, the staff apologized for the delay in preparing a fresh batch for me, which required an extra 5 minutes. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service. The team was fantastic and my guilty pleasure will always be this restaurant. The service was exceptional and the donuts were delicious, especially since they were warm and fresh.
When will they open the dine in restaurant? It’s been way too long. It’s drive through only and since I don’t have a car no timmies for me I guess. EDIT: Editing this review because I found out the reason why this Tim Horton’s is closed, I understand that it’s not their fault they are closed. Hopefully they’ll be able to get it restored soon
Ordered on line. When I arrived for pickup they were apologetic the fresh batch they prepared for me required 5 more minutes. I have never been so impressed and pleased. The team was amazing and my cheat treat will always be this store. Just amazing service and the donuts were crazy good being warm and fresh.
I believe this Tim Horton's on the West Island is the best one. The store is always very clean, the donuts are always fully stocked, and the coffee is consistently fresh no matter the time you visit. The staff is also pleasant and friendly. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Well I just went through previous comments about this Tim quite sounds not good. But for me it's best. A boy i don't know his name but he is doing a great job especially in the early morning. Thank you guys. Keep hustle

One of my favorite Tim Hortons. It is well located and their coffee is always fresh. Their best feature is that they have lots of room so finding a table isn't an issue.
